Bryce, I really like this shot. It is great. I actually really like the composition. Try and see what you can to to balance your reds. The faces may be a bit too red.
I like the relationship that you decided to display, it's very different from others. I think it's cool how the front face is blurry and the back face is clear. It still looks like the color balance is a bit off.
I love the emotion shown in the photo. and i find it interesting that the man in front is not focused but then the man behind him is. i almost don't know where my eyes are drawn though.

I think that the colors are a little bit muted
